1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Implausible website and any experiment or research platform operated by Implausible Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. By using the site you agree to them.

2. Research context

All material published by Implausible is provided for research and informational purposes. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or medical advice, and no result should be relied on as a prediction of any future outcome.

3. Participation

Participation in experiments is voluntary. You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to follow the protocol as described, and not to attempt to identify, influence or disclose experiment targets outside the platform.

4. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the material you submit. You grant Implausible a licence to store, anonymise, analyse and publish it in aggregate form as part of our research and model training.

5. Intellectual property

The site, brand, software and models are owned by Implausible Limited or its licensors. Published research may be reused with attribution unless stated otherwise.

6. Liability

The site is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Implausible excludes liability for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version always applies. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
